Juan David Gutiérrez

Associate Professor at Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia). Teaches Public Policy courses at the Faculty of International, Political and Urban Studies. His research interests include: antitrust & regulation, governance of AI, policy analysis, and governance of natural resources.

He received a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Oxford. He obtained a Master of Law and Economics (LLM) jointly awarded by the University of Bologna and the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He also holds a Master of Public Policy in Latin America at the University of Oxford. Juan David is a lawyer from the Universidad Javeriana.

In July 2021, I published a chapter in a book titled “Anuario de Derecho de la Competencia”. The book was edited by the Comisión Nacional de la Competencia of Paraguay and La Ley Paraguaya S.A., with the support of the Secretaría del Tribunal Permanente de Revisión del Mercosur.
